Anthony’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent prosecution in the electromechanical and mechanical fields of art.  Specifically, Anthony has experience representing clients in an expansive variety of technical fields, including electromechanical systems, mechanical devices, network and internet communication, navigation and routing systems, ultrasound, and electrochemical power generation. Anthony enjoys leveraging his diverse experience to find unique ways to add value to patent applications. Additionally, Anthony has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting design patent applications for various consumer products.  

Prior to joining Lempia Summerfield Katz, Anthony was an associate at a civil litigation firm. Anthony has experience representing clients through all stages of civil litigation. Additionally, Anthony has experience working in house as part of the intellectual property team at an international manufacturing company.

Non-Legal Experience

Prior to law school, Anthony received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Marquette University with a focus on structural design. Anthony began his career as a civil engineer working on deep foundation projects.
