Maryanne’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent prosecution. She has experience drafting and prosecuting applications in the chemical and mechanical fields of art.

Prior to joining Lempia Summerfield Katz, Maryanne was a paralegal working in corporate financial transactions. Additionally, Maryanne was a law clerk assisting in representing clients in civil litigation.

Non-Legal Experience

Maryanne began her career working in manufacturing and supply chain management. Prior to law school, Maryanne taught high school chemistry and earth science in New York City.
